Consent for communication of information and materials by electronic means
Why are we asking for your consent?
We, Vifor Pharma UK Ltd. and other group companies (together the “Vifor Pharma Group”), are asking for your consent to collect your details for electronic communications, so that we can send you information and materials by these channels. We will only send you electronic information and materials which we believe could be of interest of you, and only using the channels which you have selected.
You can consent by selecting, on the consent form, each of the electronic communication channels by which you agree to receive information and materials, and by signing in the designated field.
Who will have access to your electronic contact details?
We might share your electronic contact details with other Vifor Pharma Group companies to enable them to send you information and materials by electronic channels. We might also share your contact details with third party service providers so that they can assist Vifor Pharma Group companies to manage your contact details, provide electronic information and materials to you, and/or analyse user interaction with our electronic communications for statistical purposes and to target communications according to what we believe could be of interest to you.
In most cases, the Vifor Pharma Group companies and third party service providers who will receive access to your contact details are in the UK, the European Union or Switzerland, which are territories providing an adequate level of protection for personal data. In case access will be provided to Vifor Pharma Group companies or third party service providers located outside these territories, we will ensure that adequate safeguards are in place, meaning either the Privacy Shield Framework or the official EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request a copy of those clauses, or a link to information about the Privacy Shield Framework, by contacting us as specified below.
For how long will your electronic contact details be kept?
We will not store your electronic contact details for longer than 5 years after our last interaction with you.
What are your rights?
You are not under any obligation to consent to receive electronic information and materials from us. If you give your consent, you are entitled to withdraw it at any time by contacting us in any of the following ways:
